Stephanie Teixeira Fit Ryde Personal Trainer Stephanie's passion for fitness started at the young age of thirteen; inspired to change her own personal weight concern, she joined her school's volleyball and track & field teams as well as involved herself in extracurricular activities such as kickboxing and weight lifting. Through her high school years, Stephanie achieved such accomplishments as placing third in the state of New Jersey for shot put. Finding that her passion for athletics had transformed into fitness and overall wellness, at the age of eighteen, Stephanie became a WITS certified personal trainer. She trained clients of all ages with a variety of fitness goals: young athletes, adults qualifying for the Boston Marathon, new mothers losing weight, and individuals with physical disabilities regaining strength.
Inspired by her clients and motivated by personal experience, Stephanie relocated to West Chester in 2010 to pursue a Master's degree in Social Work. She lives out the belief that in order to have physical strength, we have to master mental strength as well. With experience in both physical and mental fields, Stephanie offers a unique skill set to motivate her clients to overcome their doubt as well as help each individual achieve the fitness goals they strive for.

Allison Deliman Allison Deliman has been an athlete all her life. She participated in several sports through high school and played soccer at a collegiate level. Her love for training in and out of the gym grew into a greater passion in 2003 when she began teaching Group Fitness and became a personal trainer.
Recently, Allison participated in an extreme fitness event called the "Warrior Dash". A running series held on demanding terrain through extreme obstacles, she describes it as the ultimate event for thrill-seeking athletes. Because of the competition's unconventionality, Allison had a lot of fun training for it. Preparation for the event was intense and she focused a lot on circuit training. Allison says, "I had to be strong and I had to be fast. I knew I would be climbing over school buses, running through fire, and scaling muddy hills!"
Allison's wellness motto is "Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going." She is motivated and inspired by the clients and gym members she sees on a daily basis that are so dedicated to training and reaching their own personal goals. For her, wellness is a lifestyle. "You choose to execute your energy in different ways," she says, "And for me, staying active is how I enjoy each and every day."
Allison teaches 9 classes a week between two gyms; twice a week at 5:30am and others in the evening. Allison says it's not easy to fit fitness into a busy schedule but she makes her "work-outs work around her work schedule." She enjoys exercising especially after sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day. She says, "It's a great release for me to use my energy physically."
Healthy eating is an essential part of Allison's fit lifestyle. She knows that sitting at a desk all day can have its downfalls, but recommends "keeping protein shakes and healthy snacks around as well as drinking lots of water throughout the day to help curb your appetite and keep your metabolism going."
